The Falcon Technology has developed an IoT platform STEEL for machine automation in metal industry plant.

How STEEL works

Plant automation is automatic execution of work orders via our STEEL system. The work order is received from the ERP system, which sends the work order to one of the branches that the company has. When the work order comes to the STEEL system, the plant manager sends it to the machine, where the hardware device automatically pulls the work order and constructs it on the machine. The machine and hardware device communicate and after a certain default series, a customizable label is printed. Every step in the process is monitored in real time.

    • Label printer
  • The machine 

One company can have one or more plants. In every plant we can find specific machines. No matter what the purpose of every machine is, we can make it talk with the ERP system.

The ERP part prepares the work order and sends it to the IoT STEEL platform. Also, the ERP system can check the order and the status of the processing at any time. Also, if an error has occurred it can cancel the order.
