The Falcon Technology — custom machines, machine retrofits, robotics and MESWe are a Croatian engineering company. We design and build custom machinery, retrofit and upgrade existing machines, integrate robotic cells, supply industrial RFID hardware and develop the Falcon MES manufacturing execution system — mechanics, electronics and software from one team. We replace obsolete PLCs and drives, bring guarding, safety circuits and CE documentation up to current standards, add vision inspection, extra axes and grippers, connect the machine to MES or ERP through Falcon Corebox or IoT Box, and give operators a touchscreen HMI with live work-order status. Case study: a robotic parquet stacking cell rebuilt for 100% cycle repeatability, with a FEM-optimised aluminium end-effector and all cabling removed from the robot arm.Machinery we build

Falcon Nostromo — automated pouch packing system, 250 pouches per minute per line, four boxes packed in parallel, four hours of unattended autonomy.

Falcon CAPO — multi-dimension pouch packing system, pouches 120–250 × 60–160 mm into boxes 250–400 × 200–290 mm, 16-axis servo system, modules for box forming, labelling, sampling, closing and palletising.

Falcon Stivado — modular spout pouch packing system at the exit of an upstream line: 120 pouches per minute, 20 minutes of unattended operation per box, 2 400 pouches per box, 6-axis robot, PE-liner-safe loading, two-way MES, 3 × 4 m footprint.

Robi the Robot — industrial robotic cell for the metal industry, FANUC M-710 with a custom end-effector that auto-detects piece dimensions; we also integrate KUKA, ABB and Yaskawa.

Hardware and software

Falcon MES — a manufacturing execution system that tells you the real cost of your product at any moment: work orders, planning, real-time inventory, traceability, machine monitoring and ERP integration. In production in timber processing, steel bending and rebar production, and wall and roof panel manufacturing.

Falcon Warehouse App — RFID mobile app for rugged iOS and Android handhelds: receiving, picking, dispatch and live inventory checks, offline-capable, with a web dashboard.

FRAS — forklift RFID antenna system; antennas on the mast record every pickup and drop-off with no manual scanning.

Dual-chip NFC + UHF RFID tags — one tag, two protocols, readable by phone or by fixed gate.

Falcon Corebox, FalconBot, FalconScale, Multiplotter and IoT Box — devices that make an ordinary line report itself.
