Our team was presented with a challenge by one of our esteemed clients: the need for an automated solution to replace the manual packing of flexible pouches that was being produced in their production plant using existing machinery. The new machine was required to smoothly integrate into the production line and take over the packing process, which was previously done manually. In response to this demand, our experts conceptualized and developed the Falcon Nostromo. Engineered to fit seamlessly into existing production lines, our R&D machine solution offers compact dimensions without compromising performance.

Machine Description:

The Falcon Nostromo is a fully automated pouch packing machine designed for 24/7 operation, featuring an impressive working autonomy of 4 hours. Capable of packing 4 boxes simultaneously in 4 lines, each line at a speed of 230 pouches per minute, it ensures efficient and reliable packing operations.

Equipped with automatic pouch sampling and marking, rejection of defective pouches, and storage of suspicious pouches systems, it guarantees consistent product quality and precise packing. Additionally, the machine handles box labeling while ensuring traceability to marked samples, further enhancing its functionality.

By incorporating a user-friendly interface, the Falcon Nostromo empowers operators, simplifies the packing process, and minimizes the need for extensive training.
